Are you looking to meet a good man? While it may not seem like good men grow on trees, they’re actually quite common. The problem is that a few bad apples give all decent men a bad reputation.
There are tons of places to meet men, both in real life and online. If you’re the “real life” kind, the best way is probably through a common friend. Ask around in your circle of friends – there’s bound to be someone who knows good, decent single men that they can introduce you to. How about hosting a party at your house, and encourage your friends to bring along singles (both men & women)?
Another great way is through a shared interest or hobby. This ensures that you have something to talk about. See if there are any meet-ups or events relating to your interest and try to attend them. Just be open and pleasant and you’re bound to meet some interesting people.
The classic way to meet someone is by going out to bars and parties. While this can work, it’s not that great if you’re looking for a serious relationship. It can still work, but you need to stay relatively sober and make sure the people you meet haven’t had too much to drink either. If you meet someone interesting, give them your phone number and go on a real date. Don’t jump into bed with them the first night, as that will give the wrong impression.
